Instructions: 

  1. Combine monk fruit sweetener and water in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Sprinkle guar gum into the mixture while stirring constantly to prevent clumps.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and orange blossom water.
  4. Remove saucepan from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
  5. Refrigerate the syrup and use it as needed during Ramadan. Enjoy your homemade healthy syrup!
